Darrell Loy Scott He began drawing landscapes in the 50s - Death Valley and Sequoia National Park were two of the first.  As he grew into a man and artist, Scott experimented with various art forms.  His three most notable mediums are pen and ink, watercolor and acrylic paintings.  During the past few years, Scott has developed his own, distinct form of folk art and has been called a "classical primitive artist."  Scott feels that primitive art fits his style and demeanor, giving him the freedom to play with color and themes. "Only time will tell," says Scott, "if some other form of expression will be next."  His artwork can be viewed at Taylor's Contemporanea Fine Arts, 204 Exchange, in Hot Springs.

Randall M. Good  Good has been showing in Blue Moon Gallery for two years and has since signed an exclusive  representation agreement, an unusual move in the art world.   As part of the arrangement, Blue Moon Gallery provides a  permanent exhibition space for Good's work. A  graduate of  the University of North Texas, Good studied painting, drawing and art history and has received additional training as a conservator of painting.  Working in oil and watercolor, Good's sole subject is the human figure in scenes and poses of feeling. Like the masters who inspire him - Michelangelo, Pontormo and Rosso Fiorentino - Good's artwork is timeless and strikingly original. A collection of his work can be found at Blue Moon Gallery,
718 Central Avenue, in Hot Springs.
